Report windows
- Use 7-day windows for recent incident review and sprint-level reliability checks.
- Use 30-day windows for monthly operations, customer reporting, and SLO review.
- Use 90-day windows for quarterly business reviews and security due diligence.
Included metrics
- Monitor count, service count, and SLO count.
- Synthetic check volume, uptime percentage, down checks, degraded checks, and average response time.
- Service incidents, open incidents, and SEV1 incidents.
- Audit events during the selected period.
Exports and snapshots
- Download the current report as CSV for offline review.
- Download the current report as PDF for leadership, customer, or procurement packets.
- Save a report snapshot to keep a durable record of the selected period.
- Schedule recurring report generation for weekly or monthly operational review.
- Report snapshot creation is audit logged.
- Reports view access and export access can be controlled separately through permissions.
